I acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions may change in accordance with the law or in accordance with the rules of the Network Operator without notification. I also acknowledge that pending Session acceptance hereof, I shall have no claims against Session arising out of this application. I also declare that in my capacity of the entity, I am duly authorized to sign and enter into this agreement on behalf of the Reseller. I hereby give permission to Session to do any credit checks it may deem necessary.
